Dudes, I'm stoked on the krausen in the IPA. We should have a discussion relative to when we can crack open the Brown Ale. I'm assuming after the peeps return from the World Cup, we can do the tasting party. I'm happy to host.

Churning & Burning Baby!!!

It's on, it's on, IT IS ON!!! As you can see, we're well into fermentation and have a nice krausen forming. A quick pic and video from this weekend's activity. Keep it up Walls!!!

Russian River IPA!!!

Up to Round 4 baby! An excellent time was had by all last night as we prepared the Russian River IPA. It's resting comfortably in Wally's garage and will be readying for bottling shortly. A speacial thanks to Wallace and Erin for hosting the Brew Party. We can only assume how hectic things are right now, so thanks for putting up with us! Enjoy the pics!
