First Brew - March 4th???
As it stands, we're planning on the first official brew to be this coming Thursday, March 4th. I'll coordinate with whomever would like to have a pre-meeting final inventory checklist, most likely Wally and Paul, but welcome to anyone who would like to join us. I'll put together the final checklist of what we have this weekend and e-mail it out to everyone, but I'm fairly confident we have everything we need for "Brew Day".

"Fairly confident"? That doesn't sound very reassuring. Looking forward to "Brew day", I'm a little concerned that it is going to be somewhat of a mess.
